On Friday, March 12, Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques H.M. King Salman issued several royal orders that made new appointments in cabinet and government organizations. The Minister of Hajj and Umrah, H.E. Muhammed Saleh bin Taher, has been replaced by H.E. Dr. Essam Bin Saad Bin Saeed. Other changes in government include: the replacement of the President of the Supreme Administrative Court (SAC), H.E. Ibrahim Bin Suleiman Bin Abdullah Al-Rasheed, by H.E. Ali Bin Suleiman Bin Ali Al-Sa’awi with the rank of minister; the replacement of H.E. Abdul Hadi Bin Ahmed Bin Abdul Wahab Al-Mansouri by H.E. Abdulaziz bin Abdullah Bin Abdulazizi Al-Dualej as the Chairman of the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) with rank of minister; the appointment of H.E. Abdul Hadi Bin Ahmed Bin Abdul Wahab Al-Mansouri as the Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs for Executive Affairs with the rank of a minister; and the appointment of H.E. Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman Bin Abdulaziz al-Arifi as the Assistant to the Minister of Transport. Moreover, H.E. Muhammed Bin Tuawai’a bin Saad Al-Salami has been relieved of his post as Assistant Minister of Human Resources and Social Development. H.E. Samir Bin Abdulaziz Bin Muhammed Al-Tabib has also been appointed as an Advisor at the General Secretariat of the Cabinet.
