On March 10, 2021, B&B Roadway Security Solutions (B&BRSS), a U.S.-based provider of perimeter protection and security solutions, signed a manufacturing and sales agreement with Dammam-based Al Kuhaimi Group in a virtual signing event hosted by U.S.-Saudi Business Council (USSBC) President and CEO H. Delano Roosevelt. The agreement was signed by B&BRSS CEO Dave Patterson and Al Kuhaimi President Mohammed Al Kuhaimi and follows the recent USSBC Virtual Business Development Mission, in which the Council played a role in facilitating the introduction between the two companies. The new agreement establishes the manufacturing and sale of B&BRSS’s products in Saudi Arabia to the Al Kuhaimi group of companies.
B&BRSS, a USSBC member, manufactures perimeter protection systems, crash-rated road blockers, warning gate systems, and other safety solutions for critical infrastructure and industry. Al Kuhaimi Group companies cover a diverse portfolio of products and services in Saudi Arabia’s construction, security solutions, information technology, water treatment, petrochemicals, process industries, and contracting. The new agreement was welcomed warmly by all sides, with Mr. Al Kuhaimi noting that the deal will add to the growing size of Saudi Arabia’s manufacturing and security sectors, and Mr. Patterson welcoming the opportunity to do business with their new partners in a rapidly growing market. Concluding the ceremony, Mr. Roosevelt remarked that the Council is proud to have brought companies from each side together in a “mutually beneficial partnership” to further the USSBC’s mission of developing business ties between the U.S. and Saudi Arabia.
