April 2, 2019 – McDermott International, Inc. has signed a joint venture agreement with Zamil Offshore, a subsidiary of Zamil Group Holding, to provide Maintenance, Modifications and Operations (MMO) services to Saudi Aramco. The agreement will contribute to Saudi Arabia’s in-Kingdom Total Value Add (IKTVA) program which aims to baseline, measure and support increased levels of localization in the Kingdom. Other services offered by the joint venture include comprehensive offshore brownfield EPCI solutions and asset maintenance services.
