June 27, 2019 – Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc. has been awarded a contract by SEPCO Electric Power Construction Corporation to deliver engineering services for packages 4, 5, and 6 of the King Salman International Complex for Maritime Industries and Services in Ras Al Khair. Once completed the complex will cover an area of 1.6 square miles and will provide offshore structural fabrications as well as services related to ship building and maintenance, along with repair and overhaul services. This project, owned by Saudi Aramco and its joint venture partners, is a part of Saudi Arabia’s National Industrial Strategy to diversify its economy.
