February 21, 2020 – Multinational power management company, Eaton, and Saudi Arabian holding company, Abunayyan Holding, have formed a joint venture, Eaton Arabia, to make low and medium voltage switchgear in the Middle East. Eaton Arabia will have a 50-50 ownership split and Abunayyan will be responsible for consolidating bottom line results of the new partnership. The joint venture, which will be located in Dammam, Saudi Arabia and Dubai, UAE, will combine Abunayyan’s robust Saudi market presence with Eaton’s international scale to expand their capabilities in the region.
