Khalid Al Zamil is President for Zamil Group, headquartered in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. He is also Managing Director of Zamil Industrial Investment Company, a position he has held since 1998.

Mr. Al Zamil is Chairman of the Middle East Battery Company, a joint venture with Johnson Control. In addition, he is a Board Member of Zamil Operations & Maintenance Co., the Royal Commission for Jubail & Yanbu, Gulf Navigation Co., LLC. in Dubai, U.A.E., and the Islamic Bank of Asia DBS in Singapore. Mr. Al Zamil is Board Member of the U.S.-Saudi Arabian Business Council.

Prior to his current positions, Mr. Zamil was Chairman of the Saudi Council of the Chambers of Commerce and Industry. He was Chairman of the Eastern Province Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Arabian Industrial Development Company, and the Jubail Chemical Industries Company. Mr. Al Zamil was also a Member of the Eastern Provincial Council, the Supreme Economic Council and the Arab-British Chamber of Commerce.

He graduated with a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles in 1972.
