December 18, 2018 – Saudi Aramco and Raytheon have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to create a new company which will provide cyber security services in the Middle and East and North Africa regions. The deal, signed by Raytheon’s Saudi subsidiary, will provide research and development work, marketing and security services for integrated defense cyber security products, as well as enhance cyber security protection for Saudi Aramco and its partners.
