July 12, 2019 – McDermott International, Inc. has been awarded two contracts by Saudi Aramco at a value of $4.5 to service the Marjan increment development program. As part of the agreement, McDermott will provide engineering, procurement, construction and installation (EPCI) for package 1 of the Marjan project, in a consortium with China Offshore Oil Engineering Co. McDermott International, Inc. will also provide EPCI services for package 4 of the project which includes offshore gas facilities and pipelines. The engineering phase for both contracts is scheduled to commence during the third quarter of 2019, while overall completion is expected during the fourth quarter of 2022.
