February 5, 2019 – KBR has been awarded a debottlenecking contract by the Saudi Aramco-Total joint venture SATORP to increase the 440,000-barrel per day refinery’s output by 15 percent by 2020. Located in Jubail, Saudi Arabia, SATORP began commercial operations in 2014 and processes Arabian Heavy Crude Oil into liquefied petroleum gas, benzene, paraxylene, gasoline, jet fuel, diesel, propylene, coke and sulfur.
