February 19, 2019 – L3 Technologies has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Saudi Arabian Military Industries (SAMI) to explore opportunities for collaboration within the fields of infrared technology and special mission systems with a focus on sustainment, training, manufacturing and research and development. The agreement supports the objectives of Vision 2030 and further calls for the creation of a Center of Excellence revolving around the electro-optical/infrared and mission systems technologies.
