March 1, 2019 – Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc. has secured a contract from Rabigh Refining & Petrochemical Company to provide project management consultancy pre-front end engineering design services for the company’s “Bottom of the Barrel” project. Based in Rabigh, Saudi Arabia, the Bottom of the Barrel project seeks to convert oil residue streams into more profitable products. As part of the agreements, Jacobs Engineering Group is projected to employ 150 full time employees over a two-year period.
