Amaala, Saudi Arabia’s ultra-luxury megaproject located along the northwestern coast, awarded Saudi Arabian Parsons Limited construction supervision contract to provide engineering, supervision, and execution services for the initial phase of its project, Triple Bay, in partnership with Binyah, Saudi Real Estate Infrastructure Company. Amaala is planned to cover 3,800 km2, which includes 2500 rooms, 700 villas, and 30 hotels, and is expected to be completed by 2028.
