How much has Wunderlich-Malec already engaged with the Saudi market and what are its strategic goals for the region? How will the U.S.-Saudi Business Council help Wunderlich-Malec achieve its objectives for the Saudi market?
Wunderlich-Malec has had a long-term interest in Saudi Arabia and the region. We have done work for several U.S. oil companies in the Middle East. We have also submitted pre-qualifications for a variety of projects in the Kingdom with a local partner a number of years ago. However, with the launch of Vision 2030 and the exciting new directions in which Saudi Arabia is moving, we decided now is the time to re-engage and re-commit to establishing a successful and long-term partnership in the country. We believe our engineering services and experience match well with Saudi Arabia’s needs at this time. Our international experience with theme parks, data centers, power projects, and turbines, among others position us well to contribute to the ambitious Saudi development and diversification goals.
As we move forward, we will continue to look to the U.S.-Saudi Business Council as a source of information, introductions, and trusted counsel in the Kingdom as we have for over a decade.
