U.S.-Saudi Business Council Hosts Webinar on Industrial Investment Opportunities at SPARK’s Digital Hub

On July 29, 2026, the U.S.-Saudi Business Council hosted a webinar in cooperation with King Salman Energy Park (SPARK) and Aramco Namaat highlighting investment opportunities within SPARK’s Digital Hub and Saudi Arabia’s rapidly expanding industrial ecosystem. The webinar, moderated by the Council’s President & CEO, Charles Hallab, featured presentations by Naif Al Rushaidan, Investment Attraction Specialist at SPARK, and Raghad Alosais, Business Development at Aramco Namaat, followed by a live question-and-answer session with participants.

The program introduced U.S. companies to SPARK’s role in supporting industrial localization and advancing Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 objectives. Presenters outlined how SPARK’s integrated industrial ecosystem enables manufacturers and technology providers to establish, localize, and expand operations while serving the Kingdom’s energy, manufacturing, and logistics sectors. Particular emphasis was placed on opportunities within the SPARK Digital Hub, which supports the development of Industry 4.0 manufacturing and digital technologies through collaboration, innovation, and business support services.

The webinar also provided an overview of SPARK’s development and investment platform. Located in Saudi Arabia’s Eastern Province and developed by Saudi Aramco, the 50 km² industrial city has attracted more than 70 tenants from 16 countries across ten industrial sectors, with over $3 billion in tenant investment commitments, including more than $1 billion in foreign direct investment. Participants also learned about SPARK’s integrated infrastructure, including logistics, utilities, and business support services designed to facilitate industrial investment and long-term growth.

The session focused on opportunity areas including digital equipment manufacturing, industrial automation and process instrumentation, and non-metallic materials, while highlighting SPARK’s strategic location, access to major energy customers, and connectivity to regional markets. The webinar concluded with a discussion of the incentives, infrastructure, and support available to companies seeking to establish operations within SPARK’s industrial ecosystem.

Through programs such as this webinar, the U.S.-Saudi Business Council continues to connect U.S. companies with Saudi investment opportunities and provide members with direct access to senior Saudi stakeholders and priority industrial initiatives across the Kingdom.
