King Street Capital Seeking to Enter Saudi Arabia
King Street Capital Management is seeking to establish operations in Saudi Arabia as part of a broader trend of global investors targeting the Kingdom’s $2 trillion economic transformation initiative. The $28.5 billion alternative asset manager is currently applying for a license from the Saudi Capital Market Authority that would allow it to operate and manage client funds within the country.

At the BIO International Convention 2025 in Boston, King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre (KFSHRC) and Germfree Laboratories, LLC announced a strategic partnership to develop Saudi Arabia’s first fully integrated, modular Advanced Therapy Medicinal Product (ATMP) Manufacturing Campus.
King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre (KFSHRC) and Cellenkos Inc., a Texas based clinical stage biotech company, have signed a strategic international memorandum of understanding following the Saudi-U.S. Investment Forum 2025, underscoring KFSHRC’s commitment to contributing to the advancement of medical innovation and strengthening strategic global collaborations and Cellenkos’ resolve to develop T regulatory (Treg) Cell Therapies for treatment of rare diseases with unmet medical needs.

Kneron, a provider of edge AI computing solutions, announced it has been selected for RELOCATE, a strategic deep-tech initiative under Saudi Arabia’s National Technology Development Program (NTDP), and awarded a non-equity grant from the Saudi government. This milestone marks a pivotal step in expanding Kneron’s advanced AI chip development and commercialization efforts across the Middle East.

Michelin Guide to Launch First-Ever Saudi Edition
The Michelin Guide is set to launch in Saudi Arabia, marking a major milestone in the Kingdom’s evolving culinary landscape. Organized in partnership with the Culinary Arts Commission, a subsidiary of Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Culture, the “new selection will focus on the bustling cities of Riyadh and Jeddah, while also beginning to explore the diverse regions of the Kingdom, including Khobar, AlUla, and many more,” according to the Michelin Guide.
