Market Overview & Competition Analysis Report
A detailed overview of the market for a specific product or service including supply and demand, industry forecasts and trends, as well as relevant actors and government entities. The report will also include information on major competitors in the market, including a brief profile about each competing company’s history in the market, market strengths, list of joint venture partners and other commercial relationships in the Kingdom, information on all product and service offerings, adverse company information, and contact information. Competitor pricing information on all product and service offerings in the Saudi market is included when available.
Market Entry Strategy Report
Recommendations on the most appropriate method of market entry, including considerations on all aspects of the client company’s product and service offerings experience in global markets, successful best practices in its commercial relationships in other markets compared to those best suited to the Saudi market, as well as typical sales channel partnerships for the client’s industry in Saudi Arabia. Incentives for manufacturing in the Kingdom are provided, as appropriate.
Partner Identification & Introduction Report
Partner Identification involves identifying a list of potential companies interested in a partnership with the client. The list of potential partners (i.e. distributors, agents, reps, trading companies, prospective customers, and JV partners) is provided complete with full contact information and company profiles. Partner Introduction involves contacting a number of Saudi companies on the client’s behalf, introducing the client’s products and services, and relaying the collected information back to the client.
Foreign Company Background Check
Under this service, the Council will directly or discreetly, as appropriate, conduct background research on a company to confirm a positive or negative standing of the company, identify any adverse occurrence reporting, and ensure the company follows international compliance practices, among other factors. The report will includes financial information when available.
In-Country Appointments/Logistical Support
The Business Council will provide companies planning an independent visit to Saudi Arabia with customized one-on-one in-country business appointments. This service also includes logistical support such as hotel arrangements, airport-hotel transfers, and accompaniment of client to USSABC scheduled meetings as required.
Customized Advisory Services
The Business Council’s customized business advisory services are designed to place the full resources of the Business Council at the disposal of the client empowering him and her to address a wide range of issues including, investing in the Kingdom, trouble-shooting partner relationships, and providing strategic advice on building relationships at senior levels of the Saudi public and private sectors.
