How has Proven adapted to the realities of the business world post-pandemic? How have you transformed some of your services to cater to this new normal?
Like any other business, Proven, too, had faced heightened levels of uncertainty in the industry at the beginning of the pandemic. However, our main focus was to develop a new business operation model that could adapt to the post-pandemic world by providing speed, agility, and efficient scalability. In order to facilitate and prepare our clients in launching a fully operational office successfully, we worked with PEO (professional employer organizations) and recruitment services and handheld them in testing and navigating the market.
Additionally, we enabled customer accounts to benefit from government initiatives that support enterprises to sustain themselves during financially challenging times. We also liaise with the government and Foreign Consulate helping professionals relocating to KSA.
Proven has spoken recently on customer acquisition and retention. Could you expand upon the “must-have strategies” a company should implement in order to improve its customer base?
The key to success is to educate and share knowledge with our clients and consult them promptly to address their immediate concerns and initiate a healthy dialogue.
From your experience, what are the most significant challenges faced by foreign companies moving into the Kingdom for the first time, and how can Proven help them?
Saudi Arabia is an emerging market that presents an abundance of business opportunities for investors. The government has launched multiple initiatives to smoothen incorporation and other support required by the companies. However, at the same time, Saudi Arabia is a complex market. It is essential for an investor to partner with a team with local expertise, helping them understand the compliance requirements, overcome the cultural and language barrier, and support local hiring.
An issue for many U.S. companies without a substantial presence in the Kingdom is allocating enough qualified Saudi employees for their operations in the Kingdom. How can Proven help in that regard?
Our specialized local recruitment and headhunting team assists in finding the right talent required to navigate your way into the KSA market. Understanding local customs, breaking language barriers, and knowing the critical customer accounts paves the path to success.
The Council recently hosted a webinar with Proven on investing in the Kingdom’s sports sector. What other sectors do Proven focus on? Do you customize your solutions to meet the needs of your clients regardless of sector?
We provide a customized solution for each client. Our approach is to understand clients’ business requirements, provide solutions, set realistic goals to expedite the process.
