Oshkosh Defense, a USSBC member, and Al Tadrea Manufacturing Company (TMC) signed a joint venture agreement to create Oshkosh Al Tadrea Manufacturing (OTM). OTM will leverage the expertise of Oshkosh Defense as a leading global provider of military grade vehicles and the local market insight of TMC as the largest armored vehicle manufacturer in the Middle East and their unmatched local market knowledge to become a leader in the industry as the prime contractor for tactical-wheeled vehicles, and provider of military and security services and efficient supply chain in Saudi Arabia. OTM will work on a 4×4 vehicle based on the Oshkosh Defense family of medium tactical vehicles 4×4 chassis as one of the first products OTM will offer. The vehicle’s cab, body, and other components will be locally designed and manufactured, making it the first logistics vehicle with protected armor to be produced in Saudi Arabia.
