COVID-19 has changed how business and society operate as a whole. More people are working from home, supply chains are being disrupted due to unavailability or late delivery of critical materials and parts, and there is now the need for social distancing. Ensuring a safe workplace for all, where new COVID-19 policies are successfully met and project objectives are achieved, can be more challenging for construction than other industries. That being said, COVID-19 will also be an accelerator for emerging technologies that will address the above challenges.

The Project Production Institute is hosting this one-hour virtual conference with industry experts Jim Banaszak of McKinsey & Company, James Choo of Strategic Project Solutions, Inc. and David Parker of Cloudleaf. This members-only panel will provide insight into what others are doing to address COVID-19 challenges and how to achieve project objectives using emerging tools and technologies.

For any questions, contact events@projectproduction.org.

PPI Virtual Conference sessions bring together experts, practitioners, thought leaders and interested professionals to discuss and explore a variety of topics addressing the current gap in project delivery.

Virtual Conference sessions are by invitation only.
