Flour Corporation was selected as a project management consultant for Advanced Global Investment’s new propane dehydrogenation and polypropylene offsite complex in Jubail Industrial City. The project management consultant agreement includes services for the front-end engineering design, detailed engineering, procurement, and construction phases of the project. The complex is expected to manufacture 843,000 tons of propylene and 800,000 tons of polypropylene per year to produce specialty polymers for multiple industries, including automotive, pipes, food packaging, face masks and textile industries.
