The Dow Chemical Company announced that it will build a polymer plant for various coatings and water treatment purposes. The facility will cost over $100 million and produce acrylic-based polymers for architectural and industrial coatings and detergent and water treatment solutions. The facility will be constructed in the PlasChem Park in Jubail, and it is projected to create over 1,000 jobs during construction and 100 permanent high-skilled jobs.
