Jay Ennis is a published international business and investment promotion professional with over 10 years of complementary experience in market analysis, management, communications, advocacy, and marketing. Jay serves as Director of Projects for the U.S.-Saudi Business Council. Jay maintains sector specializations in oil and gas, conventional and alternative power generation, defense and security, construction and real estate, and mining and mineral resources.
Jay has been the lead strategic coordinator for numerous business development missions to Saudi Arabia and has covered a diverse range of business sectors, including a program that was accompanied by former Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen and brought more than 20 top U.S. defense firms to Saudi Arabia. In addition, Jay serves as managing editor and content director in producing an array of the Council’s print and electronic reports and publications, including A Business Guide to Saudi Arabia 2013 (ISBN: 978-0-615-92198-3).
Prior to joining the Business Council, Jay worked for the U.S. House of Representatives’ Foreign Affairs Committee and Georgetown University’s Center for Contemporary Arab Studies. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Politics, cum laude, from Georgetown University.
