Andrea Thomas is the Membership Database Specialist at the U.S.-Saudi Arabian Business Council. In this position, she maintains the overall integrity of the organization’s CRM, managing the database to meet business requirements, configuring custom departmental reports and dashboards for senior management and creating custom fields and objects, utilizing test environments. Andrea has been working with databases and analytical reporting for 10 years.

She ensures accurate collection and entry of member data, responds to member inquiries via phone and email, and processes membership payments and receipts. She also supports marketing efforts by building membership outreach campaigns, setting up event registration, and updating the company website. Additionally, Andrea coordinates with the Executive Liaison and IT consultants regarding office hardware and software needs.
