March 20, 2019: USSABC Holds Webinar on Establishing a Foreign Entity in Saudi Arabia

On March 20, 2019, the Business Council, in collaboration with member company Proven SA, held a webinar on establishing a foreign entity in the Kingdom. A presentation was given by Osman Qureshi, Director of Business Support Solutions, Proven SA, with input from Keith Butler, Practice Leader Oil + Gas, Jensen Hughes. The webinar served to provide insight on the most common forms of business entity structures for foreign companies, what factors to consider for market entry, and the average time it takes to establish a business presence.
