On September 10, 2019, the U.S.-Saudi Arabian Business Council (USSABC) organized a business luncheon with Mr. Vishal Amin, U.S. Intellectual Property Enforcement Coordinator Executive Office of the President, The White House, in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The program brought together more than 60 high-level executives from the U.S. and Saudi Arabia to discuss intellectual property (IP) and foster greater dialogue. Attendees represented an array of industry sectors including energy, defense, infrastructure, and mineral resources.
During the luncheon, Abdallah Jum’ah, USSABC Saudi Co-Chairman and Chairman of The Saudi Investment Bank, noted that “Mr. Amin’s visit underscores the enduring importance of U.S.-Saudi trade and investment with a special regard to the importance IP plays in this business relationship. As the Kingdom continues to implement the ambitious economic plans of Vision 2030, the U.S. business community stands ready to partner alongside.”
